Booking Policy

For our virtual sessions, please ensure you have a valid photo ID and a stable internet connection.

 

Payment & Card on File

All online appointments require a payment method on file to confirm your booking. Your card will be charged only as outlined below.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your online appointment up to 4 hours in advance with no penalty. Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee.

 

No-Show Policy

If you fail to log in for your appointment and no notice is given, a $25 no-show fee will apply.

 

Technical Issues

If the appointment cannot be completed due to verified platform or connection issues, we will gladly reschedule at no additional charge.

 

After-Hours Sessions

Evening and weekend sessions (after 7 PM CST or on Sundays/holidays) may include a $20 convenience fee.

 

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once your notarization session begins.
