Booking Policy

To keep your appointment running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, please review our policies below.

 

Payment & Card on File

A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged according to our cancellation or no-show policy.

 

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations will be charged a $25 fee.

 

No-Show Policy 

If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us, a $25 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

 

After-Hours Appointments

Appointments booked after 7 PM, Sundays, or holidays will include a $20 convenience fee.

 

Grace Period

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes with no contact, your appointment will be canceled, and a no-show fee applied.

 

Refunds

Deposits and fees are non-refundable once notarization has begun.
